Open Call
From Jan 15th to June 20th
Entry Fee: $20 - Submit your event idea, with a short descrption about your event proposal.
*order confirmation number (ex: #00111) will be requested in the event form application
*payment confirmation code will be requested in the event form application

Application Selection
From June 20th to July 1st
Once we review your application, we will notify you if your event was approved to participate in the festival.

Approved Proposals
From July 1st to July 30th
Once the proposal is approved, participants will pay a fee and provide further event's details.
Online - $ 175 per Event
In Person Individual - $ 175 per Event: For events organized and hosted by a single artist.
Exhibition or Open Studio: One artist showcasing their own work.
Workshop or Talk: One artist leading the activity in their own studio or space.
In Person Group - $ 275 per Event: For events involving collaboration between multiple people or organizations.
Exhibition or Open Studio: Two or more artists presenting their work together.
Workshop or Talk: Either two or more artists co-hosting the activity, or one artist collaborating with an institution or venue (e.g., a museum or gallery).

1 group post on Instagram (events of the week)
