Celebrating New York Textile Month, we are excited to host an innovative workshop of fashion sketching with a twist.
Exploring textile possibilities using collage techniques with image, paper, acrylics, markers and fabric. Paula Rennis will guide you to the process.
Sunday September 20th, 3-5pm
1 class - $48.00 [2 hours]
A 2-hour workshop at the artist's studio at 18th St & 4th Ave. Park Slope, Brooklyn.

Argentinean by nature New Yorker by heart, I came to the US on a Fulbright Scholarship for a master's at Pratt Institute and studied
painting at The Art Students League of NY.
My imagination runs full speed looking at fashion magazines searching tor uniqueness, color and patterns, but only seeing outfits without personality. Nothing speaks to me. So I re-fashion the fashion magazines one page at a time. Once I find a pose that attracts me I create the outfits and accessories that I would love to see, adding some humor too dressing them with my "textiles" of acrylic, markers, paper, tape and fabric.
